Raclette cheese made from pasteurized milk, uncooked pressed cheese, with a strong taste. Designed for regular melting and use in table service or in cooking (gratin, sandwiches, burgers).
Skimmed milk, milk proteins, milk fat (milk), salt, cultures (including milk), rennet enzyme, preservative: natamycin (E235).
PréparationUse in slices. Melt in a raclette, oven, or salamander until a coating texture is achieved. Also suitable for hot/cold preparations.
ConservationStore in the refrigerator at a maximum of +8°C. After opening: consume within 3 days.
