Cape hake fillets MSC 67%, batter 33%: water, vegetable oils (canola and sunflower in variable proportions), wheat flour, corn flour, wheat starch, modified corn starch, wheat gluten, salt, leavening agents: E450i, E500ii, skimmed milk powder.
PréparationNo prior defrosting. In a preheated dry oven at 220°C, without adding fat: 22 to 24 minutes in a suitable dish. In a fryer at 170°C: 6 to 7 minutes. Consume cooked thoroughly.
ConservationStore at -18°C. Best Before: 24 months. Do not refreeze a thawed product. After defrosting, keep refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
