Pistachio ice cream with Sicilian pistachio paste and pistachio pieces, intended for food service professionals. Creamy texture and intense pistachio flavor profile, without added flavorings or colorants, thanks to the use of a fruit and plant concentrate.
Rehydrated skimmed milk, sugar, cream, Sicilian pistachio paste pure fruit 5%, dextrose, pistachio pieces 3%, butter, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (from vegetable oils), stabilizers: locust bean gum, sodium alginate, carrageenan (seaweed extract), guar gum, fruit and plant concentrate (lemon, apple, safflower, spirulina).
PréparationFor optimal tasting, remove the sorbet from the freezer a few minutes before serving. Suitable for serving in cups, on plates, or as a dessert accompaniment.
ConservationStore at -18°C. Never refreeze a thawed product.
