Dough 50%: Wheat flour 37%, water, fresh EGGS 4.7%, sunflower oil and/or rapeseed oil. Filling 50%: Fresh cottage cheese, COMTÉ, French central-east EMMENTAL, parsley 3%, fresh EGGS 1.3%, salt, BUTTER.
PréparationConsume after cooking: bring 2L of water to a simmer, add the ravioles still frozen, stir gently, simmer for 2 minutes. Do not drain. Serve with olive oil or liquid cream.
ConservationStore at -18°C. Never refreeze a thawed product.
