French blended malt whisky, composed of spirits distilled from malted barley, aged in ex-bourbon, cognac, rum, and new casks; and blended according to the expertise of its master blender, Adrien Douady. Whisky with natural color, pale gold hue, revealing a complex and harmonious style, structured around a gourmet and fruity aromatic profile, perfectly balanced by a vegetal peat, subtly enhanced with a note of soft smoke.
Nose: Gourmet (vanilla, caramel), vegetal (honeysuckle, verbena), floral (orange blossom, acacia).
Palate: Fruity (peach, nectarine), herbaceous (hay, cut grass), cereal (barley).
Finish: Smoky, soft, spicy (honey).
