Fruit kefir, long consumed as a health drink, also has the particularity of being just... ultra good. We have done everything to make a kefir that is especially delicious to drink and as enjoyable as a good craft beer. Our Ginger-Espelette Pepper Kefir is a recipe inspired by Ginger Beer, but we wanted to give it a little something extra. We extract the ginger juice ourselves cold, then we make an infusion of Espelette pepper. Osasuna!
