Fresh gluten-free potato gnocchi, specially formulated for people intolerant to gluten. Their soft texture and excellent cooking performance make them an ideal solution for food service professionals.
Potato puree 75% (fresh potatoes 27%, water, potato starch 13.5%, potato flakes 8%), corn flour, corn starch, rice flour, salt, acidity regulator: lactic acid, preservative: potassium sorbate.
PréparationImmerse the gnocchi in 5 liters of boiling salted water for 500 g of product. Drain as soon as they rise to the surface (about 2 minutes), then season according to the recipe.
ConservationStore at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Packaged under protective atmosphere. After opening, keep refrigerated (+4°C) and consume within 3 days.
