Coated, pre-fried, and frozen sweet potato fries. Product intended for food service professionals, crispy and colorful, rich in vitamin A, potassium, and antioxidants.
Sweet potatoes (86%), coating (8%) (rice and corn flours, modified potato starch, dextrin, salt, raising agents (E450 and E500), stabilizer: xanthan gum, colorings: paprika extract and curcumin), vegetable oils (rapeseed oil and sunflower oil in varying proportions).
PréparationOven: Preheat to 200°C, cook for 20-25 min, turning halfway through. Fryer: 175°C, 2 min 30. Use the product frozen and cook until crispy and golden.
Conservation24 months at -18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing.
