Dehydrated brown stock. Appearance of a traditional brown stock, intense and shiny brown color, pronounced roasted beef taste.
Salt, starch, WHEAT flour, maltodextrin, flavors (BARLEY), thickener (guar gum), coloring (plain caramel), beef fat 7.1%, sugar, yeast extract, beef meat 2.2%, onion, tomato, acidifier (citric acid), white pepper, antioxidant (rosemary extracts), thyme extract.
PréparationDilute the product in boiling or cold liquid. Maintain or bring to a boil, cook for 3 minutes. Dosage: 15g to 40g per liter.
ConservationStore in a dry place and away from heat. Reseal well after each use.
