Our Deux Rives is an organic white beer inspired by German style. It has a white, hazy color and a creamy texture. It is round, fruity, and refreshing with notes of banana and vanilla. The malts used are barley malts (pilsen), wheat malts, and wheat flakes. The hops used are Chinook, Mandarina Bavaria, and Splat Select. This beer pairs very well with seafood and citrus dishes. This beer was brewed and bottled in Greater Paris, in Saint-Ouen-l'AumĂŽne (95).
