Our CanopĂ©e is an organic IPA with a golden and clear color and moderate bitterness. In the mouth, the aromatic explosion of exotic fruits and citrus gives herbal and fruity notes. The malts used are barley malt (Pilsner and Munich) and wheat malt. The hops are Chinook and Simcoe. It's a beer that pairs perfectly with spicy dishes: fish tacos, jalapeno guacamole, or Thai curry. This beer is produced in Saint-Ouen-l'AumĂŽne in the 95 (Val d'Oise / Ăle de France).
