Red wine AOC Saint-Joseph made from Syrah. Deep red color with violet reflections. Aromas of fresh red fruits and spices. On the palate, full and gourmet with silky tannins, aromas of black fruits, notes of wood, graphite, and blond tobacco. Warm finish highlighted by the tension of the granite soils. Fermentation for 15 to 18 days in stainless steel or concrete temperature-controlled vats.
