This blend of Mediterranean grape varieties (grenache, syrah) and Atlantic-influenced varieties (cabernet franc, malbec) reveals a complex aromatic palette combining spices, vanilla, and cooked fruits, highlighted by an elegant licorice note. The palate, ample and deep, offers a beautiful length supported by silky tannins.
Terroir
The vines are planted on the sunny and rocky slopes of the Montagne Noire, on clay-limestone soils. The harvest is done manually on these exceptional plots.
