This concentrate is the result of several years of trials to serve a delicious chai latte in just a few seconds.
To achieve this, we simmer our blend of black tea from India and spices with a hint of sugar for a long time.
We filter and bottle it!

PréparationFor a 35cl drink: pour 5cl of concentrate into a pitcher, then fill the rest with the milk of your choice.
Use a steam wand to heat and froth the milk. Serve directly.
The recommended ratio is 1 part concentrate to 6 parts milk.

ConservationStore at room temperature until opened, then keep refrigerated for 2 months after opening.
