This balanced and complex CabardĂšs reveals beautiful aromas of black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry), as well as spices and cocoa, highlighted by a delicate menthol finish. The palate, ample and harmonious, is supported by melted tannins that bring depth and elegance.
Its typical blend of the AOP CabardĂšs, combining Mediterranean and Atlantic-influenced grape varieties, comes from high-altitude vines, located among the highest plots of the appellation. This situation favors a softer maturity of the grapes and gives rise to a wine that is both fine, fresh, and balanced.
