LâElĂ©gant is an exceptional coffee 100% Kenyan Arabica, produced by a cooperative centered around the washing station named Karatu. The cultivated varieties are K7 and SL28. The plants thrive at about 1900 meters altitude, in the fertile region of Mount Kenya.
It is washed using the Kenyan method (cherry processing) ensuring super quality!

Grind: Fine.
Extraction: 25-30 seconds for a 30 ml cup.
Use a well-calibrated machine to ensure a good balance between intensity and flavor.
Filter method (V60 or Chemex)
Grind: Medium
Prepare a 1:15 ratio (1 g of coffee for 15 ml of water).
Pour water in a spiral for even extraction and to reveal subtle notes.
