The brut cider is Appie's first creation.
It results from a blend of apple varieties and a touch of perry that makes it so original.
The fruity but not very sweet, dry, and slightly tangy taste appeals to everyone. It is a cider produced in Île de France (in the 95) with fruits from Oise, Normandy, and Brittany, 100% pure juice. We do not use concentrate or added sugars.
