PréparationFor a detox infusion, pour a teaspoon of infusion, then filter. Alternatively, place 1 sachet per cup before adding your simmering water (95º). Finally, let it infuse for 5 to 7 min.
It is also possible to choose the cold version of this infusion. To do this, let it cool before refrigerating. Another way to prepare it, for a milder version, is to let it infuse for 2 to 3 hours at room temperature.
